What this covers
These terms cover your use of cybermanatee.com and any tuning session you buy from us.
The service
A tuning session is one live working session on one AI agent and one defined problem. You bring access to the agent and examples of the failure. We investigate, make changes, and test them with you watching.
The written packet
After the session you receive a written record of the problem, the changes made, the tests run, and anything still open. The packet describes what we did. It is not a guarantee of any particular business result.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to give us access to the agent and the material you show us, for removing personal and regulated data you are not permitted to share, and for deciding whether to keep the changes we make.
Fees
The fee for a session is quoted before you pay. Work beyond the agreed session is quoted separately and does not begin without your agreement.
No guarantee of outcome
AI agents are probabilistic systems that depend on models and services we do not control. We commit to doing the work described here carefully and honestly. We cannot promise a specific improvement in any particular metric.
Refunds
If we have not yet held the session, a cancellation is refunded in full. Once a session has been held the work has been delivered.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a session is limited to the fee you paid for that session.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
